Start your day in our enjoyable and pleasant Gofio Restaurant.
The breakfast buffet of the Sheraton Salobre Golf Resort & Spa will help you to start your day perfectly. You have the choice of fresh fruit juices, some cold cuts, freshly baked rolls and a lot more to please every palate. “Gofio” organizes themed evenings with food stage and buffets, featuring show cooking and a wide variety of dishes to please every palate. Also a carefully chosen a la Carte menu will complement our succulent buffet. Our youngest guests will have a special section for their favourites. Our restaurant "Gofio" is open daily from 7am to 11am for breakfast and from 6:30pm to 11:00pm for dinner.
After one of our spa treatments, sunbathing or a journey on the greens, you can taste a refreshing cocktail in the pleasant and relaxed atmosphere of "La Palmera" overlooking the outdoor pool. All time favourites are served every day along with refreshing salads. Daily specials focusing on fresh sea food and children’s menu are the perfect complements of “La Palmera”.
Open Daily. Drinks are served from 10:30am to 6:30pm and lunch from 1:00pm to 5:00pm.
With its creative menu, our casual-fine-dining Restaurant “Camaleon” is inspired by Mediterranean cuisine. Savour the finest products from the sea and land enhanced with carefully selected herbs & scents from across the Mediterranean. Our unique state-of-the-art floor to ceiling walk in glass wine display offers you one of the largest and most exclusive wine selections on the island.
By uniting a love of nature and casual ambiance with a profound sense of glamour our gastronomic Camaleon‘s design is contemporary and minimalist. The panoramic windows of the restaurant offer breathtaking views over a natural treasure from the mountains to the infinite. It seems to magically transport the indoors out and the outdoors in. Diners may choose to be served either indoors with its chic “natural” interior design, or on the sensuous terrace allowing “al fresco” dining. Camaleon provides the perfect setting to enjoy outstanding cuisine. Camaleon Restaurant open its doors daily for dinner from 19:30 to 23:00
